What we store
Your conversations, notes, projects and tasks are stored in our managed cloud database and scoped to your account. Other users cannot read them. Access is limited to the small team maintaining the service, for support and fault-finding only.
AI processing
When you send a message, the relevant conversation content is sent to our AI provider so it can generate that reply. It is not used to train models across users, and it is not shared with other accounts.
Waitlist email
If you join the waitlist we keep your email, and the optional region and role you give us, to tell you when a seat opens and to understand who Provost is for. Nothing else. Ask us and we will delete it.
No sale of data
We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
